Bury, albeit long ago, won the FA Cup twice. Same tally as us. First club to score 1000 goals in all divisions.
If every Prem player donated 0.5% of their outrageous wages, Bury FC would likely survive.
They'll need a new Chairman: he's already refused buyout deals. He's clearly a cnt.
Don't need to reiterate, but: MODERN FOOTBALL IS RUBBISH.
I don't expect much response to this!

Are you saying that 4000 will generate enough money for Bury to buy decent players to go up the leagues? otherwise I don't get your logic in thinking a large crowd will get them through the leagues in quick time.

I hope you realise that Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and Bury, Greater Manchester are both distinct places.
Both are noted for the excellent quality of their black pudding probably due to the fact that both were notable cattle market towns.

Trouble is then it sets a precedent.
Owners can do whatever the fuck they want to rape a club of all it's assets safe in the knowledge the EFL will swoop in and pick up the pieces once it's been bled dry.

If reports are correct, then the amount needed to save them - around $2.5 million on the stadium debt - is *one tenth* of the amount Man City spent on agents fees from Feb 2018 to Jan 2019. What an utter disgrace.
Man City are not the guilty party in that sentence - the complicit, corrupt, unethical, spineless and inept English FA and the Premier League are.

Just reading how the Nevilles have a bunch to say about it now it’s done and dusted. Perhaps they could have dropped their interest in Salford who are more than ok and jumped in to help save Bury instead, given their ties to the club and community there...
Even a bit of their money would have probably made a big difference.
